The Berwyn Public Art Initiative PRESENTS A pop-up art space

The Space kicked off with the theme: “BE.” which stands for… Berwyn Explores — Experiences — Engages…. or any E word you can think off.

During the first week, local artists created a print installation about pollinators and invited the general public to join. April 20th had a Pre-Be. gallery show, 10:30am – 12:30pm, which showcased the work by Monstrochika and Alex Velasquez Brightbill.

Monday April 22, through Friday April 26, 6:30pm – 8:30pm, the public was invited to the space to watch, interact and create prints using linoprint/monoprint techniques and contribute to the community installation. The Pop-up also allows the opportunity to showcase the retail space available for rent.

The initial project culminated with an open studio on Saturday, April 27, 10:30am to 2:30pm.
Final prints continue to be available for purchase to benefit BPAI.
