Letter K in Black Lives Matter

by Jessica Patterson

“Katch the K’s

This K has imagery of heaven, earth and hell by unveiling black Kings as angels.

Blue is the color of faith, truth and heaven — Always keep faith.

Remembering a King that we lost, the great Nipsey Hussle.

Kaepernick symbolizes the change we want to see on earth, he is Kneeling on grounds that bury a KKK mask symbolizing the elimination of racial discrimination.

We need to breaK the chain of inhumane treatments in order to see change for a better future.

We need to be Kind to our brothers and sisters, and love thy neighbour as thyself.

Our sKin is not a weapon.

Purple is the color of peace, and yellow is the color of happiness.

We need a world with peace, happiness and equality for all.

Remembering another King that we lost, Kobe Bryant.

We need positive growth in the world so change will continue to prosper.”
